Your happiness is important to us! To return or exchange an item it must be returned within 30 days. Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Sale items returned after the 7 days will be exchanged for a merchandise credit.
If you are shipping your Return or Exchange
For returns you must include the original packing slip indicating the reason of your return for a refund of the merchandise purchase price.
For exchanges please indicate on the packing slip the color and/or size you wish to exchange for. If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment.
